Liked: The staff was great. very kind and happy to help with anything. no complaints on staff.
Disliked: the rooms need to be updated. The air conditioner/heating unit was leaking all over the floor. the carpet smelled so musty because of the leak. both our room and the room that we got next to us were very musty smelling and quite gross. the carpet made me want to wear shoes because of how gross the carpet is. Every complaint we have is in the quality of the room.

Liked: The night manager was very kind. I still haven’t heard from Booking.com about refunding January 24th when the person for whom I was paying had to be moved to protect her as the stalker I was trying to protect her from found her at the motel.
Disliked: Non-responsiveness about above stated refund.

Liked: Everything! I always have a great experience at Super 8 by Wyndham hotels. I'm always stratified.
