The rooms are a little small if you are more than 2 in the room. We had 2 adjacent rooms and were 2 couples and three kids. It was fine, but there is very little room between bed and wall. The room was clean and we were assured all the linen were changed including the comforters. We deal with severe allergies and wanted to be sure. So for us this was a plus. The bathrooms were clean and when we requested more towels, we just had to go and get them and there were no problems!

Liked: Very pleasant reception and presence. Good continental breakfast. We needed two adjacent rooms which we got.

Liked: Cleanliness of our room. Due to COVID19, can't complain about breakfast which was acceptable. They took care of my luggage when I had to go to town to run my errands. Felt safe because of security guard on all floors.
Disliked: The keys frequently did not work. Some guests banging whilst closing their room doors. Very noisy in hallways.Guess not very sound proof.

Disliked: terrible lobby service clerk telling me I reached my limit in coffees and coffee whiteners? really omg never in my life I heard this. I told the clerk I can drink as many coffees as I want and I was not the homeless guest here as I paid full price for my hotel room. no where it was mentioned the hotel put the homeless on 2,3floor for the night with security guard on each floor. security guard told me in the elevator. it?s a beautiful gesture but at least mentioning to your guest would be nice some of them are very nice some makes you worry sadly. we came here for a funeral and this is the kind of greetings. I will not return here pool and gym closed they should reduced the rates. also bag of food for breakfast not restaurants because of you know what Covid yes am sick of this Covid excuses.
