Disappointing and dirty, but fairly...

Liked: The price was average. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The couch, specifically, was so stained and nasty that I didn’t even want to set my bags on it. It was ripped and visibly soiled all over. There were no cups or coffee products provided in the room. The ice bucket was dirty and had no bag/liner. The carpet was nasty. The air worked fine in the room but the halls and lobby were sweltering. The man checking us in was incompetent and kept us standing awhile while he struggled to check us into a room that was already occupied. He had to get help to figure it out. When the new worker took over it took him seconds to do what the first guy couldn’t accomplish in 20 minutes! The breakfast was small: cereal, instant oatmeal, one type of fruit and one waffle iron. The grounds were not kept well and the overall appearance was trashy. The vending machines were stocked incorrectly and did not work properly. I had to try 3 machines on 2 floors, then pay $2 for a canned 7-Up because the machines with the root beer I preferred did not work. I finally found a machine to take my money and it put out a Pepsi instead. Then, there was nothing available to pour it into and the ice bucket gross. I should’ve just gone to Sonic!

Will never ever return and...

Liked: It was hot as soon as you walked in lobby with a foul smell. Went to first room 208 and the tv was on with bathroom light on and wet towels by the door. Then went to room 320 or so and it had the vibe or a murder/ drug seen went wrong in there. The back of the entrance door was all stained. The couch had a throw cover with burn wholes. The smell was outrageous. Tv had no remote. The side tables was missing drawers. The presumably red/maroon curtains were black at the bottoms. Went for a refund and the front desk lady kept rolling her eyes as I asked for a refund. When she asked why I said it was uncomfortable and dirty. She got offensive real quick wanting further explanation. I asked why I had to explain and couldn’t just get a refund. Then I asked for a response of proof for me canceling and all I was rudely told was you have to try and get through the booking site.
Disliked: Everything …the outside atmosphere is a facade to the chaos inside.
