Worst hotel ever

Liked: Close to a lot of restaurants
Disliked: It’s run down the side doors are broke. The halls smell like weed. They only clean your room once every ten days. Had no hot water for 18 days.and they still cost almost $600 a week. And when I spoke to stafff about them correcting the problem i was told deal with it or leave

I visited over Easter weekend...

Liked: Clean room and staircase
Disliked: Doors didn’t close easily

Liked: Nothing.. horrible property
Disliked: Smoke smell.. blood on pillows.. dirty.. hot water not working.. could not call elevator to 3rd floor.. windows broken..would not recommend for anyone.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was friendly, But I did suffer a slip and fall on a wet floor, I did not know the floor was wet there was not a wet floor sign up to let the guess know that the floor was wet and the previous owner said that they wasn't resonposable but how can that be isn't it their responsibility to keep everything clean and safe for their guests. I suffer a bump on the head and a black eye for 3 weeks which I took pictures of my eye, and also I broke my right arm which the doctor put a cast on it for 2 weeks and now I have a brace for 3 weeks then I go back to the doctor to see if it's healing. I now have the inexpensive of doctors bills and I need help I need to keep my room until May 17th when I get my social security check but I need help now in being able to stay in my room. I don't want to have to sue for my slip and fall but they need to make things right cause if they had a wet floor sign up maybe I wouldn't had fell. They just need to make things right?

Liked: The bathroom I guess. Nothing else was worth mentioning.
Disliked: Everything; it stinks, it’s dirty, rooms are poorly maintained, missing appliances, misguided advertising, and much more.

Beyond Perfect.

Liked: Most friendly and helpful staff, they always make sure their guests are taken care of and the rooms are so tidy and smell so fresh
