Liked: The room was extremely hot upon arrival. After working in the heat all day it was awful to walk into. And took hours and hours to cool done. There was also no soap in the room for shower.

Disliked: It was dirty. It is an old property that is run down. The furniture was filthy and the keys did not work !

Mold in rooms, worst place...

Disliked: Where do i even start. Im not exaggerating. The 1st room we walked into smelled musky, and mildew. I'm allergic to mold. i break out into hives. We checked the bathroom and on top of the shower wall there's mold growing, it looks like they tried to paint over it. We left and asked for a different room. The 2nd room, smelled like cigarettes and vomit. The shower also had mold growing in the shower, the floor in the bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned. The sheets were damp and the pillow had mold on it. I asked if we can get another room and before we could move I'd like to look at it. We looked at 2 more rooms and all the same, mold on the shower walls and damp sheets. I understand it's humid out, but invest in some dehumidifiers. Clean the hotel rooms, there was also a canyon or drug or something on the desk in the room. The walls are thin we could hear girls and guys laughing in the room below us, we hoped we wouldn't hear moaning. The front desk who helped us was trying to accommodate us, but said we could talk to the manager in the morning, but we left at 5 am, I had called all the hotels near by if they had availability, Holiday Inn express did, however they don't allow dogs.

Liked: Breakfast was mostly non existent. Even if there had been adequate breakfast, I wouldn't have wanted to consume food from a place that was so obviously filthy.
Disliked: They neglect to tell you that there is not a single room you can access without having to climb steps until you are checking in. I have difficulty walking and have a special needs son that was with me and they graciously put us on the to floor. (Sarcasm intended) This prevents you from canceling the room before you have to pay for it anyway. The facility was filthy and smelled awful. They turned the light on in the room for us, but even though it was 110* that day did not have any AC running in the room or in the hallways or stairwells. It was so hot that the AC didn't cool it enough to sleep until 4AM. Nearly 8 hours after I had turned it on. That was with the ceiling fan running too. The bathroom had NO soap for the sink or for the shower. Also no shampoo so I had no way to wash my hands. The sink was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower was dirty. there was a hole in the shower which had been repaired with clear packing tape and was peeling off. There was no water or ice bucket either. I notified the front desk how bad it was when I checked out and NOTHING was done. They simply do not care how awful the facility is. Oh and they don't take your safety seriously either as they break the law by not posting fire escape routes from your room. This place is a complete shithole. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Don't waste your money on a room at this place. It is literally the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
