Liked: Staff was amazing; breakfast was great and the rooms very comfortable.

Nice, clean room for a very reasonable price. Really great upgrade for no extra cost. Attendants were excellent, polite and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend to others and return myself!

Liked: Great service and very nice workers, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel.
Disliked: Elevator was very slow.

Liked: I stayed here to be close to the Frivetest Center for my g2 test the next morning, so I loved the location. The hotel had everything we needed for a shirt stay but I would not want to stay here for holidays and for too long.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better, and I really hated how the coffee/tea area is at the same place as the bathroom sink. Plus, the fridge is in the bedroom even though we booked a suite.

Superb

Liked: This hotel is in a great location. It's close to lots of restaurants and shopping stores. The price is affordable for families.
Disliked: The rooms are getting abit tired.

Bad

Disliked: Would not give me the room I booked online with my visa debt because I did not have a regular visa for the deposit and would not accept a cash deposit but still charged my card for the full price of the room.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional. The Belgian waffles at breakfast were good.
Disliked: All of the facilities were out of order, no pool or gym. The beds were rather hard.
