Liked: I was a loyal customer until this time. I rented a room for three nights so I could recuperate from a bad foot injury. I have never had to pay a deposit before and none was requested ever. When I went in they told me I had to pay a seventy five dollar deposit.. I could not pay it. But they charged my card for 180 dollars. But they would not let me stay because I did not have the 75 dollar deposit but they kept my money. I also did not want the handicapped room because of noise and lack of cleaning as was a previous experience which I at that time I informed management. Please refund my money. Marion Lewis Cassill
