I recommend this hotel to anyone I see that needs a hotel to stay at in London.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Misunderstanding at the beginning.

Liked: It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. Good value for money.
Disliked: No complaints.

Familiar, friendly, quiet, efficient.

Liked: Our second stay here, even got the same room! The desk guy waived our deposit due to our repeat visit. Prompt check-in, earlier than we had said.
Disliked: Everything as expected for the price and location.

Liked: Staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and air conditioned.

Disliked: The a/c was broken and it was freezing in my room the entire three days I was there. There was woman’s hairs on the shower curtain and a giant spider to join them. Bed was mediocre, very firm.

Disliked: - 2 light fixtures in total, 1 is broken- Asked for 1 big bed, get 2 double beds, very dirty at the bottom- The room smells when entering
