I recommend this hotel to anyone I see that needs a hotel to stay at in London.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Misunderstanding at the beginning.

Overall it served the purpose...

Liked: Location was good close to the hospital. They offer a medical rate if you are visiting the hospital that will be better than the booking . com rate. You have to contact them directly beforehand for that.
Disliked: The Bathroom was substandard.

Liked: Front desk staff always helpful. We got the table and chair that was requested. And other things.
Disliked: There were no hangers in the closet.

Liked: Good value for the price. Park at the door. Excellent TV channel selection. Fridge already cold on arrival.
Disliked: We needed a table and chairs to work and eat at. No table and chairs!

Familiar, friendly, quiet, efficient.

Liked: Our second stay here, even got the same room! The desk guy waived our deposit due to our repeat visit. Prompt check-in, earlier than we had said.
Disliked: Everything as expected for the price and location.
