Wasn't the same room I booked online - I got ripped off.

Went to a party at the Renaissance by the Creek. Stayed at the Super 5. It was good. Staff was courteous. Will stay again next year.

Liked: Inexpensive and clean. Lots of hot water.

A pleasant hotel for the price we paid. I would stay there again.

It served my purpose and...

Liked: Div was excellent. He saw that I am disabled and made sure to check on a room on the first floor. I waited a few minutes and he said the room was ready. Super courteous and polite.
Disliked: The floor was dirty, and I didn't notice until I put my socks on. Also, there was no conditioner, only a small shampoo. There was, unfortunately, what I think was some sort of cleanser smell that hit me right when I walked in.

I would not stay here...

Liked: I was disappointed at the lack of a safety lock or chain on the inside of the door. The light switches were grimy inside. You could see the dirt. The TV remote was grimy. The bathroom wall could easily be painted fresh. It was a mess. The bedspreads had marks on them that looked very questionable for bodily fluids. We couldn’t adjust the heat for just a low volume. It was either very warm or you couldn’t have it on.

Liked: The staff are friendly but they can do little to improve the place.
Disliked: Very bad experience there. People are smoking just outside of their room instead of in a distance and maybe in the room as well as my bed sheets have quite some cigarette burns and stains. Hair dryer is broken and they don't have replacement. And the air conditioner is so loud whole night...
