Spectacular views and excellent staff

Liked: I liked that it had a large hot tub. I like that it had extras like being able to have s’mores and to be a take gondola and chairlift as part of your stay
Disliked: I wish they would’ve offered a free breakfast option or something like as we didn’t want have a sitdown breakfast to take up all of our time we wanted to get hiking

Exceptional

Liked: Hot tube, morning walk with guide, good restaurant, calm And clean hotel

Liked: Place is a real beauty! Awesome! The scenic views are awesome. Drivers/transporters are awesome. Staff at the gondola are friendly and very accommodating
Disliked: Place is a real beauty!.. drivers and transporters are great as well! The only main thing is the staff at the front desk., some dont know what they are doing, not attentive to some of their clients, some not that friendly and some of the front desk staff are not knowledgeable about their guests or their job. They need to be trained more

Liked: Chair lifts and gondolas, great guided hike, excellent food and service at the restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing i can think of….

Liked: View of the mountain from the room with a late setting sun was spectacular.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Good

Liked: The room was lovely. Great views, good size. And staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't allow late check out and once we checked out at 11 we weren't allowed back in the hotel at all. Also, the on site resturant Eagles Nest was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. Super expensive for subpar quality food and the service was bad bad. She ignored our table multiple times, drinks took over 20 mins, forgot multiple things we ordered, and they were out of half the menu. She couldn't even split the bill for us. It was bad.

Great skiing destination and accommodation

Liked: Clean room. Comfy bed. Offered early check in during slow season and made our skiing experience much easier. Would recommend.

Amazing family ski trip in...

Liked: Amazing ski in/out location in Sunshine Village, excellent service at gondola reception and from the reception team in general re baggage and helping with logistics. Great restaurants/cafe options and hot tub, family room. Excellent kids activities (s’mores, tobogganing).
Disliked: The room was quite cramped and noisy, it was fine but we could hear noise from next door rooms getting back late etc.
