Amazing family ski trip in...

Liked: Amazing ski in/out location in Sunshine Village, excellent service at gondola reception and from the reception team in general re baggage and helping with logistics. Great restaurants/cafe options and hot tub, family room. Excellent kids activities (s’mores, tobogganing).
Disliked: The room was quite cramped and noisy, it was fine but we could hear noise from next door rooms getting back late etc.

Wonderful experience but needs a...

Liked: The view from the room was stunning with a big picture window to observe the scenery outside.Food in the restaurant was very good.Hot tub was large and scenic.Being able to ski the first runs of the morning and staying on the slopes when everyone else has left.
Disliked: The rooms were too hot and we couldn't get a good night's sleep due to the heat. No USB ports in the rooms.Our table in the Eagles Nest restaurant was broken and kept annoyingly moving about whilst we were dining. We asked the waiter if he could fix it and he said unfortunately not. At the end of the meal he swapped the table around and then proceeded to start fixing it in front of us which we felt was not the right thing to do in front of customers who have paid a lot for their dinning experience.

Joseph and Ryan are amazing....

Liked: Had the opportunity to stay in an upgraded lodge with a fireplace. The Jacuzzi is amazing because it’s on the outside and the fireplace every night kept this warm. I want to propose to my fiancé and had help from the staff, Joseph and Ryan. Both are great and helping me plan this surprise proposal. Definitely recommend Ryan’s photos as they came out amazing.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great ski-in ski-out location. Choice of restaurant options onsite. Helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Limited hours of shuttle to and from Banff, esp. in the afternoon.
