Overpriced but still nice.
Liked: Liked the check-in process at the base of the hill, it was easy, convenient, and the staff were all happy to help. The luggage and ski valet service is fantastic especially if you are skiing the mountain before and after check out.
The hot tub is nice with great hours, opening at 8am, just in time for a lil' soak before hittin' the slopes! :)
They offer high class service without the pretentiousness; the ambience was relaxed, and the attitude welcoming.
Disliked: - Our room was nice but a little tight for space. We stayed in the Deluxe Queen room with balcony and mountain view. Considering the price for one night, it would be nice to have 2 adult/full sized beds instead of one queen bed and a pull-out; though the bed was comfortable and the pull out wasn't terrible. The hotel should also sweep the balconies of snow and dust off the outdoor furniture so that guests can really enjoy the space. - None of Sunshine Resorts rooms have a fridge. - The hotel restaurant food and the pub food at Trappers is not very good. Again, considering how much they charge and these are the only options for dinning during your stay, the food should be better quality with flawless execution.

Ideal ski vacation.
Liked: The check-in and out was smooth, our room was very comfortable and cozy, with a view of the ski lifts below us and the mountains around us. The outdoor spa was absolutely perfect, and so were the other facilities. The hotel staff was super helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Honestly can't think of anything.
