Lupe at the front desk...

Liked: Check in experience was my favorite part! Lupe at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me beyond my expectations. She was so funny too! We went for my son's baseball tournament and we wanted to all have rooms together and she made it happen! I hope everyone gets to meet Lupe she was the highlight of our trip!
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was we couldn't bring our own food to the pool. We had a lot of little kids with our party and the food was expensive and it took FOREVER to get.

We will never stay there...

Liked: Restaurant and other casino facilities were nice. Sports Book remodel was excellent.
Disliked: Room did not include micro, coffee pot, fridge or desk. Very disappointing. Even the cheap stand alone hotels include these items. The room price is deceiving. The so-called Resort fee is not indicated anywhere. Ours for 2 rooms for 3 nights was $253. False advertising of room price and scam as far as I am concerned not including the Resort Fee in the room price.We will never stay there again.We lived in Henderson Nv for almost 25 years and I worked for The Gaming Control Board for 10 years. Stations always had a good reputation but it appears as if corporate greed has overtaken the company. This evidenced by the lack of payback by the slot machines. I heard multiple complaints of this by local that I talked while playing slots. Believe me, the locals know what casinos pay and those that don't.

Disliked: I had an unmade bed and then asked for it to be made, but it wasn't. They just brought up the material, and we had to do it ourselves.
