Liked: Staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly! Location was excellent and apartment was very clean and well equipped.
Disliked: Pool was in the next door building and there were no change facilities with shower.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was easy to get to and a good starting point to go into the park. The quality of our lodging was better than expected. Really enjoyed having a washer and dryer to clean up our travel clothes mid week.

Liked: Well situated and appointed apartment, kitchen, laundry, lounge and bedrooms. Secure parking and easy walk to restaurant's and the main town centre
Disliked: Nothing

Large, clean unit, but missing...

Liked: Close to the highway, downtown.Large 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room. Nice view of the mountains. En suite laundry.
Disliked: Had to remember 4 for access codes! Underground parking, access to elevator, room, 1 for pool and 1 for back door of adjacent hotel for their pool! They need 1 single key fob!I didn't like the pool location in another hotel! The plumbing drain was partially plugged and caused the one bathroom and kitchen sink to back up with gross, smelly black stuff after doing a load of laundry in the washing machine. The main bathroom sink backed up one time and flooded the bathroom and into the front hallway. The main desk lady came and helped clean up and called maintenance. Not sure what they did and no follow up from them. Unlikely to return until maintenance, door access and pool location are resolved.
