Liked: Very helpful staff, very comfortable
Disliked: Very few amenities: no coffee, soap, glasses in the room. Still a good value

Not worth the money!

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room is dated and shabby. The bathroom was disgustingly plus the door was broken and repaired with duct tape, the building looks run down, room was noisy with drunk renters outside, the room smelled gross, and the office clerk was not friendly and welcoming!

Liked: Carpet was clean and appliances/furniture were mostly updated. Spacious room with plenty of table space and bed was comfortable. The view was very nice
Disliked: Cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t great, partly due to being outdated. Heat did not work in bathroom. Linens/towels were well used

Liked: Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. Great location.
Disliked: There were presumably other guests that tried very hard to make us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Filming us as we entered and left. Loitering outside our room.

Liked: Location good, temperature in room was comfortable.
Disliked: No hot water for showers (due to burst pipe issues, resolved by late evening). No coffee in the room, no breakfast or coffee available as advertised as included. Housekeeping and general maintenance of rooms was poor at best. Mold in ceiling corners of bathroom/shower. Really- a little care for your property is needed so it doesn’t fall apart.

Liked: The beds were ok and the room was clean. It was a quiet location with no noise to speak of. Nice comforters on the beds that were not too hot.
Disliked: Paint was pealing on the outside in places and it looked shabby. Only coffee for "breakfast ". Bathroom was very small. The check-in person was nice but hard to understand her dialect. We thought it was overpriced at $135 . When I asked what a second night would be she quoted $139. I guess they don't want to sell more nights.
