Disliked: It's loud ghetto dirty and smells like piss. The staff is rude as hell and wouldn't wait for the money from my homeless assistance to hit my card. They kicked me and my kids including a newborn out in the heat and told us not to come back cuz they didn't get their money in the timely manor they wanted it.

Liked: Nothing at all! After checking in we were given a room with wires hanging out of the wall, Horrific smell, Dirty Bathroom, the remote didn't work, the lobby was awful and it was supposed to have breakfast but that was a joke. we asked for another room and was told there were none. then requested a refund and was moving to another hotel and was told then they could get a different room. At this point i was so angry and upset that they did not take care of us i refused. I was told that if Booking.com requested a refund I would be given one. That has never happened. They lied again. Do not stay here

Liked: I loved the location it was perfect in-between everything we needed and places we where going

Liked: I don't believe there was a breakfast included, or I was not informed of one. The location was fine, and it was close to where I was going. Maid service was good and friendly. The pool was working & clean. Cable TV was included and nice to have.
Disliked: One thing that was not good is that the lights on the ouside walls by our doors attract bugs at night, and they will come into the room if you leave the door open for a few seconds. I suggest they place bug zappers along the walkways to reduce them.
