Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fine for the price, it's just outdated.
Disliked: No ice machine on this location, had to walk to nearby facility. The "hump" in the parking lot made it difficult to navigate. Entrance and exit into motel is not safe due to busy road and obstacles in the way.

2nd stay and we will...

Liked: The property is quiet and just on the outside of the main drag of Fredericksburg so you don't get a lot of traffic and people crowding the property. The pool is shared with the property next door, standard outdoor pool nothing special. The hotel is undergoing a remodel and the remolded rooms are super nice, the rooms not yet remodeled are clean, standard rooms with cute retro appliances. If you are a big coffee person take your own coffee, they provide the Folgers packs but they do not brew strong so if you like your coffee strong bring your own coffee and filters :) I will stay again, this was our 2nd time staying and for the price, location and friendly staff you can't beat it!!
Disliked: No complaints! We even accidentally locked ourself out and had to call at close to midnight and they let us in quick!
