All in all it's a...

Liked: We stay here often....clean, friendly staff, good location. We always request beds without hard mattresses since we prefer softer ones...and they are always very accommodating to our requests.
Disliked: The ice machine on site doesn't work....knowing this, we just bring in cups of ice when we come in. You can go to the lodging next door for ice.

Overall a pleasant stay with...

Liked: The property had seating outside the room which was convenient. Although our room had yet to be updated which is on-going, it was clean and a pleasant room.
Disliked: The ice maker was not working and we had to use the associated hotel next door. There was no laundry though a laundromat was just a little ways done the road.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: NEVER returning! Price was inflated at least 700% from normal $59 night to $446 a night due to the eclipse event! We were told we had to leave the parking lot by 11:00 AM, even though the check-in for the next day was at 3:00 PM. Absolutely no grace given despite the fact that we paid an outrageous rate for a small, outdated, motel room. Check-in process was super slow. We had to provide a driver's license and vehicle information in order to get a parking pass (a plain piece of paper with the date on it.) No vending or ice available. Room was small (as expected) with a loud, powerful A/C unit that blew open the curtain. I had to place a trash can on the sill and chairs on the side to offer any privacy. Outlets were scarce.

Great place to stay!

Liked: Cozy. Quiet. Close to center of town. Next to an excellent breakfast and lunch restaurant. Staff was exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing.

Varey old motel.

Liked: New mattress.
Disliked: The price was to high even for the occasion.

A shabby room at a...

Liked: It was a place to sleep during high demand.
Disliked: Very inflated price with no flexibility for early check in or parking lot use after check out. Room was not ready at check in time. Had to request drinking/coffee cups.
