Really nice clean B&B would...

Liked: The room with a sea view was amazing, very clean and spacious. the open door policy worked well for us, we were able to come and go as we pleased. short walk to the centre, perfect.
Disliked: The breakfast arrangement. we were offered an early or late sitting for breakfast which didn't suit us, so we went out for breakfast on Saturday, asked on Sunday if we could have a breakfast and was told we didn't book on Saturday.Was told that a form was left on reception for us to fill in for the next day. We didn't see the form and missed out. So this could have been done better maybe push the form under the door of the room???Only mentioning this as the Breakfast looked amazing.

Liked: Fantastic location very close to town. We managed to park on the property but plenty of on street parking. We had a room with a sea view. The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Nothing

Simply wonderful

Liked: Beautiful guesthouse, clean, tidy, well presented and lovely hosts! We always have an amazing time and stay here every year, looking forward to next year already. The breakfast is cooked to perfection

Good value and well located.

Liked: The guest house is good value, when compared with others in the area. The room I stayed had everything you need, plus a few extras like biscuits. They also had much needed fans in the room, due to the warm weather.The owner was friendly and helpful.The location is ideal for the town, it’s just a 2 minute walk to the centre. There’s also parking at the front of the building. It’s very quiet at night, it feels like a very safe area.
Disliked: The shower was quite small. Also, the shower head needs cleaning. I did manage to improve it but it’s one of those heads where many of the jets are either blocked or send the water in multiple directions.There were no cereals for breakfast, which I enjoy. That said, the cooked breakfast was enjoyable and well presented.

Will definitely book again

Liked: We were searching for a somewhere to stay at short notice and Sunset Inn had a standard double room available. The hotel is conveniently situated for the sea front, shops and restaurants and our room was very clean, comfortably furnished and had a great view over gardens to the sea. We sampled both the Full English and Continental breakfasts, which were substantial and delicious. Recommended
