Superb

Liked: We stayed at the Sun suites and just enjoyed the view from the balcony, rooms very big and the accommodations were very good.
Disliked: Communication w/front desk and concierge desk they never picked up calls. Otherwise stay was very nice.

We repeat it again

Liked: The cleanliness of all the places, the smell, the adult pool on the roof with its beautiful views.
Disliked: At the pool we had a bit of trouble with the bar staff. They ignored us on several occasions when we called them, but that didn't allow us to take away points, nor did it allow us to lose points.

Liked: The hotel is nice, new, and modern—especially the rooftop pool.
Disliked: But it has nothing for kids, and some rules, like not being allowed to wash floating devices in the pool area, are ridiculous. Also, it’s the first time at a hotel that housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:10 in the morning when check-out is at 11. It’s not bad, but I didn’t like it that much

Liked: Nice European style hotel
Disliked: Breakfast options suck. Coffee is bad, no vegan or vegetarian options.The lady at a front desk doesn’t know her job, I had to return several times from parking lot to reset my room key in order to get in and out

Great time

Liked: Liked everything, especially the rooftop pool. They had a food court which you had an option to purchase an all day food for 75 per person. I think it was worth it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner also included the main pool area.
Disliked: They didn't mention you had to make a reservation for rooftop pool especially on weekends

Wonderful Experience at the Sunseeker...

Liked: The resort is immaculate and the staff is wonderful. The quality of the food & drink is excellent.
Disliked: After 10p, everything pretty much shuts down. Not everyone goes to sleep early when on vacation or a weekend getaway.
