Liked: Perfect location, nice room, very friendly and helpful staff

Liked: Located along Resort Drive with access to Rathtrevor Beach was definitely the highlight. Had a nice evening walk on the beach though the final step down to the beach is a bit treacherous. We were only there one rainy night in March so didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice and clean. Staff were pleasant and apologetic in dealing with our delay. Bathroom was large and had a nice shower.
Disliked: 4pm is already a late check-in time relative to other properties and when we arrived the room was not ready. The wait was only 20 minutes. Still when there for a one night stay and after a day of travelling, a delay we'd have appreciated not having. The room was clean, but seemed to be showing the wear in places. Also, it wasn't clear when booking that this room shared an entrance with another room and had all its windows along a balcony walkway. This made it quite noisy with other guests passing outside and the neighbouring room had a dog that barked quite a bit. Room was an okay size but had no seating aside from the bed, not even a chair. None of the pictures on the site matched the type of room we stayed in.

Liked: The location is good. I thought the servicing to the room. ie providing fresh towels, coffee, teas could have been more consistent. I also found that taking out the garbage &// or wet towels was my own responsibility. Otherwise all good.

Not worth the money

Liked: Their website is confusing, it was hard to know what exactly I was booking. The hot tub, which is the reason I booked it, was under repair. This was not stated on the website. The staff was nice, but they had not been filled in either! The desk clerk didn't know the hot tub was closed!The room was comfortable, the kitchenette stocked. Walls & doors were all a bit scuffed & marked up.

Worst room in 25 years

Liked: No one made mention we were essentially in a parking garage....room heating was shut off, but had to run loud AC to keep room under 30C, it was brutal....the room was not much bigger than a closet. I am a very fair minded person, I would always try and pull some positive out of a stay....out of 50 reviews I might have one poor one and sadly this one was bad....we literally were melting in this room or freezing from AC....1 out of 10 is being overly gracious....

Liked: This resort is very nice. I have stayed a few times now. It was very clean, the staff were friendly, the price was perfect and I will be back for sure.

It was a great place...

Liked: We were greeted by a friendly staff member and were given an excellent recommendation as to where to dine. We asked if we could check out at 11 am, which was accepted.It's a short walk to the beach, which is very walkable at low tide.
