Inexpensive and close to the...

Liked: It's a great location and the staff is upbeat, friendly and helpful.Though I was getting in late and the office would be closed, they found a way to make it work.
Disliked: It is in desperate need of refreshing. Everything in the room is so old that though it may be clean, it all looks dirty.The blinds wouldn't close completely, letting others see in.The room smelled very musty. The plug in room freshener smelled awful.We didn't want to stay inside at all.

This motel was fine, considering...

Liked: Inexpensive considering it was rated a 3 star motel. 2nd cheapest place to stay within a 45 minute drive.
Disliked: Had blinds on the window of course, but not thermal black out curtains that I'm used to having in hotels. There's no overnight staff, but apparently that's normal for motels. If this was really a 3 star motel (as it's listed) then I'll won't even bother considering any 2 star motels for my next booking.
