Liked: Clean and quiet room.
Disliked: Front desk staff manager during check-in was not friendly or welcoming. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Expensive parking was not disclosed during booking. Poor experience overall.

Liked: Location was nice and convenient.
Disliked: We were assigned an ADA room, which was not needed and did not have a bathtub, bed was sagging and old, sound between lock off room was loud and could hear peoples conversations.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable!

Liked: Close proximity to restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Lots of construction going on around the property although we were not really not impacted by it other than traffic redirecting etc

Disliked: Parking policy. Over 50% of parking was reserved for valet, so why offer self parking?! We did not have our room serviced. However, when we asked on our 3rd day to have the towels replaced, someone came in and just dropped a plastic bag with new towels on the floor, right next to the pile of used towels and didn't even bother to pick-up the used towels nor did they place the clean towels on the towel racks in the bathroom. If it's about "the best experience ever" you certainly missed the mark! Not impressed
