Liked: Loved staying here. The staff was friendly and answered questions I had about the area. Close to the ark encounter. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Location. Literally across the way from The Ark. it was quiet and clean and comfortable.

Disliked: The bathroom experience can be improved. The washbasin was outside the bathroom making it difficult to not wake others up while using it. The floor was not carpeted and dirty.

Close to the Ark

Liked: The Sunrise Inn is an older hotel and, though close to our destination of The Ark, is somewhat isolated from larger stores, malls, other things to do, etc. If guests have time to travel, the Inn is about 45 min to hour midway Cincinnati, OH, and Lexington KY.Despite the older facility, our room was clean and spacious with very comfortable sleeping. A non-hot breakfast is offered. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Older facility, little nearby in terms of restaurant choices, etc. Great location for visiting the Ark, but only walkable for younger guests without mobility issues; walking not advised on very warm or rainy weather days even for younger guests.
