Would pay a little more...
Liked: Front desk clerk was nice and friendly. The restaurant next door was excellent.
Disliked: There was no hair dryer in the room. No place to park our boat.

Liked: Very close to the small old town and near to water. Room had been renovated.

Liked: The room we stayed in was renovated, clean, had vinyl floors, which is better to clean/disinfect than carpets. Sheet and towels were clean. Dinner next door with good breakfast food. Room rate was pretty cheap for the area.
Disliked: The outside of the dinner is dingy, making the motel look more dingy. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Bad decision
Liked: Chain lock on door broken. Hand towel holder broken. Couch was filthy, would not sit on it. No phone, no hair dryer. Towels small and thin. Office staff only available between 8am and 10pm.Very surprised and sorry I booked.
