Superb

Liked: Great location. Very accommodating staff.. this is my second visit and have been very happy both times. I will definitely be back!
Disliked: DUCKS!!!! They were only there in the morning but were quite aggressive and pooped on the grass. But after all we are visiting their home so we worked around it

Noisy dirty uncomfortable

Liked: Location
Disliked: Carpeting was sticky and gross. Holes around the air conditioner that went all the way through the wall. Peeling paint - loose drain in shower, uncomfortable bed. Noisy- dirty - pictures were deceptive on booking.com - pools were closed - sidewalks were unlevel.Will contact the chamber of commerce regarding this property.

Overall a very nice place!...

Liked: Location is great- Love the individual fire pits and balcony right on the beach. Check-in very good! Excellent price.
Disliked: Floors were pretty sandy when we checked in- I get the sandy beach, but a swiffer would have cleaned it better. Everything else was clean. Screen patio door did not close tight so bugs could come in ( would have liked to have left open to hear the waves. Also, front door did not close tightly. (also a place for bugs to get in

Liked: The balcony room offers an exceptional view of the Mackinaw Bridge and Mackinaw Island. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We left about 20 min...

Liked: The location was great and the staff was nice.
Disliked: We left the hotel shortly after checking in. All though the room appeared to be clean the smell of the cleaner or bug spray or what ever they used in the room made it so obnoxious we could hardly stand to be in the room. The floor also appeared to be clean but stick. Honestly the smell was so strong it gave me a headache and sore throat.

Passable

Disliked: Scheduled to stay one place and they put me somewhere else. There was no beach access other than some drainage pipes and muck (the smell was not pleasant). The pools were less than desirable and felt dirty just standing by them. The manager had a dog that freely pooped in the picnic area, that was ugly!. I most definitely would not recommend or return.

Very good overall, the bridge...

Liked: The view was nice and the hot tub was relaxing.
Disliked: The locks to get in the rooms were bugging so we had to get new room keys. And there’s only 1 lock on the inside of the room I feel like there should be an extra one just in case.
