Good location, excellent breakfasts, and...

Liked: Breakfasts were excellent with good offerings presented in an apetizing manner.
Disliked: The tub-shower in the bathroom was dangerous and awkward to navigate, but the front desk person told us they are in the process of re-doing the bathrooms.

Liked: Joseph Jayaraj was mugged in the lobby of the hotel. So we were unhappy with not able to recover the lost items . Very disappointed that it happened in your lobby . Other wise we were ok .

Great stay in a great...

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Bruno and Felix on reception. Beds were comfy and the room was lovely and clean. Great location and great transport links to the rest of Barcelona.

Liked: Excellent location, service was okay, cleanliness could be a lot better lots of dust under our bed, our sink wasn’t clean and the water kettle was dirty, pool looks a bit weird. Was expecting more from 4 stars. But it is a great place to book if you’re looking to walk around and just a decent place to sleep.

Liked: it was a nice hotel with super helpful staff, the location was good. The room was big enough. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Liked: Excellent location, close to many shops, restaurants, bars and sights. Only a stroll away from metro too.The beds are really comfortable. Excellent customer service by Felix.
Disliked: The room deco is a bit tired. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.
