Great location to ski resorts...

Location, location, etc. Highly recommended....

Liked: All of the staff were exceptional. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant was superb. Excellent menu and wonderful food. The outlook could not be surpassed. Relaxing in front of the huge wood fire of an evening was a bonus. Thanks to Maureen, (probably incorrect spelling), she was a trooper. She never seemed to relax. Always on the job. She, Lisa and Joe should all be congratulated for their dedication to making sure their guests were comfortable.
Disliked: I requested a non-adjoining room when booking but, to our disappointment, we got an adjoining one. Naturally we heard our neighbour but only briefly and not too disturbing. Our air conditioner unit was just too noisy to use of a night. It was a free standing unit and was probably installed as the ducted air con did not work. We've had noisy units before but this one was next level. Hopefully the situation will be addressed asap. Apart from that we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Liked: Right on the water. Well designed comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed a bit saggy. Breakfast pretty good but not great.
