Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: This was my first travel experience in Australia, as I was following my daughter’s netball tour. The location was great — close to everywhere I needed to go, with a small shopping centre just across the road and bus stops just around the corner.The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: When I arrived, there was hair on the floor by the shower and rubbish behind the basin. A toaster was available, but no cutlery or plates were provided to prepare the toasted bread. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. I used the laundry facilities and paid for a full drying cycle (dryer on the right-hand side), but the clothes were still wet and cold. I notified the office, but they weren’t helpful, so I paid for another cycle.It would also have been nice to receive room service, such as fresh towels and rubbish removal. As I would leave the premises and return outside of office hours, I was unable to gather fresh supplies. However, the room was serviced on the third day.Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Disliked: I thought it was pretty good, I liked my room unfortunately couldn't change from 2 adults to 1 adult
