Liked: Location is perfect and parking was a bonus
Disliked: Not necessarily dislike but its what I expected for Blackpool, slightly run down and very basic.

Good value.

Liked: The room is basic and was good value for a short stay.The room was clean, the shower/toilet room were clean and there was clean white bedding on the beds.However, it would of been good to of had a couple of spare blankets in the room. The quilts on the beds were a little thin being summer quilts and it did get chilly during the night, so spare blankets would be helpful.Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: It would of been helpful to have had a couple of spare blankets in the room, as they were only thin summer quilts on the beds. It did get chilly during the night making it difficult to sleep. Could of done with a hand towel for the bathroom and also bath mat for outside the shower.

Disliked: Wasn't like any of the picture online had no hot water so couldn't shower heating only on for 1 hour at night was greated by beds as we walked into room 1 of the beds headboard was falling off was very outdated.

Liked: The sea view was so nice , great big window. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Looked out of use from the outside could do with a little freshen up. Reception area could do with being a little more inviting.
