Disliked: Messed our room up was suppose to have twin they told us when we checked in someone was already in our room so got told we had to have a double ,then we got to our room and the sheets were covered in dirt and stains ,the door handle to the room was pretty much falling off their was bo lock on the door so not very safe for a group of girls traveling.The next morning we mentioned about the dirty sheets and asked if they could sort them out ,the lady at the reception then handed us the bedding telling us we had to make it ,I found this appalling.we mentioned about the door and they said they would get someone to fix it,we arrived later and no one had been to see it and we struggled to get the door to open.the next morning the fire alarm went of and we evacuated they then came and told us that it was a false alarm. After our 2nd night we decided to check out a day early because we could not stay thier anymore. I asked to speak to the manager in the morning and all he had to say about all this was he was sorry and theirs nothing he can do about it.

Disliked: Manager rude, health and safety poor, water leaking down walls and electric tripping. Hygiene very poor.

Absolutely disgusting hotel and rude...

Liked: Nothing attal, especially the manager who made my daughter cry by threatening me to get off the property when we complained about how unclean and unsafe it was
Disliked: Everything, especially the bed being unsafe for my daughter and the screws hanging off the wall that she could of hurt herself on
