My preferred stay in Elgin!

Liked: High quality property, great staff, clean and comfortable! Food is of superior quality and using high quality, presumably local, ingredients.
Disliked: As with all restaurants it takes time to know the chef's interpretations for items like steak, so unfortunately it was a little over done for my taste, but the meat was very good, the accompaniments superb. I also struck out on my preferred choice of wine... hey - first world dilemmas!

Liked: Nice bright spacious room.
Disliked: Broken blind in bathroom which could not be closed. Limited parking. No lift.
