Over charged. Partially refund only.

Disliked: Over charged. Got charged for 3 nights. Got refunded 1 night. Still charged for an additional night that I didn't stay. Was told I'm b3ing charg3d due to markers marked on the sheets while the room they told me was wrong.

Absolutely not good and we...

Liked: Location is excellent. The weather was way better this year for duck hunting. The bed was comfortable especially after hunting all day and getting up early everyday.
Disliked: No fan in the bathroom, ac/heat unit is loud and inconsistent, door would not shut unless you slammed it, TV programming was poor and difficult to navigate. The restaurant had an all you can eat ribs on Friday night and are whole hunting party ordered ribs and drinks. BUT only five got served and one was forgotten until the waitress asked if anybody wanted more ribs, so she went to get the one forgotten meal but was informed the kitchen was out of ribs. SO the five who ordered all you can eat ribs (mind you the first helping was 4 ribs only) never got more ribs and the left out diner had to order something else. Sadly all of us were charged full price for the all you can eat ribs and there was no apology or any concern about the situation. Because of this and the substandard breakfast the following morning we did not spend another dollar at the SunLac dining facilities and never will again because we will not be staying there anymore after almost 20 years of staying there.

Liked: That the prices weren't inflated like in grand forks for the ZB concert
Disliked: The "P" trap under the sink in the bathroom was broken and allowed the sink to drain onto the floor. The beds were twins, not queens, and the bathtub constantly drips.

Disliked: Mostly everything

You get what you pay...

Liked: Location and staff was friendly. Clean room with exception of one beds sheets. Quiet despite bar closeby.
Disliked: Doors were locked at arrival and bartender processed our arrival. Ceiling tiles needed replacing. Sheets were clean yet pilled and had hairs embedded in them. Lamp switch broken so needed to unscrew lightbulb.

Liked: The staff was so outgoing to help with the roof leak we had in our room for 2 of the 3 days we were there giving a lot of towels but even that wasn't enough cause our carpet was soaked as well didn't sleep because of fear the heater would state on fire I know that were fixing the roof .. and along with that that ceiling leaked over the toilet spoke to management again and just gave more towels..
Disliked: Tried speaking with the manager about maybe getting a discount on all that we had gone through but he stated would not discount the owner is out of Mpls MN
