I was offered another room...

Liked: It was close to Manuka oval as that’s where my boys were playing representative AFL
Disliked: It’s very old and run down and our room was dirty, linen had holes and hairs on itThe mattress protector on the main bed had blood stains on it, drinking glasses were filthy, bench tops had old food on them, sink basin was slimy around the drain hole, rubbish under the bed and used dish cloth under the sink I could go on

Some unusual rearrangements just for...

Liked: We like the area and been staying there once before but disappointed this time around we have made the booking in advance so they should have a lot of time to prepared our booking
Disliked: First night did not get the room that was booked and didn’t get the offer to change to accommodation,just ask us to stay in the room they given for that night and got the room with a dirty freezer with some mould like they haven’t been clean, looks very unhealthy in the same night the hot tap would not turn off so very difficulty to have a shower

Cold!!!

Disliked: Freezer had half eaten icecream- not been cleaned, rubbish under couch, batteries in tv and aircon remote flat, not enough blankets. 2 villas booked and not near each other.

Liked: The quiet location
Disliked: The cleanliness, it was disgusting. Everything g was dirty, I pulled the cups out to make a coffee and they still had someone else’s coffee all dried inside them. The benches in the kitchen were covered in coffee and the floors were that dirty my socks were black after walking around the unit. The bathroom had built up dirt and scum all around the bottom of the shower unit. It’s pretty bad when I have to clean a hotel unit before I am comfortable staying In it especially after paying so much for the place.

Very affordable family friendly option....

Liked: The staff was super nice, the location is nice and quiet, it is family friendly and nice sized rooms, extra blankets were a bonus. Free wifi was a bonus.
Disliked: The beds were a bit uncomfortable very hard mattresses. The bathrooms need a major upgrade, and the toilet paper was horrible, just little squares out of a dispenser. rolls of toilet paper would be much more suitable for families. We did enjoy our stay these are all a little nitpicking minus the comfort of the beds.
