Disliked: Was not pleased that we had to pay for extra parking and pay extra for a roll away when there were 3 people in the room. I have stayed there a few times but this is my last.

Liked: Kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a nice plus!
Disliked: The customer service was horrible! They checked us in, we unloaded all our luggage, took it up a floor only to find the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning and told us we had to wait. We went back to the front desk to see about switching rooms and were told again, very rudely, that we would just have to wait.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Took 8 hrs to check in and rooms are outdated.

Next time we’ll stay here....

Disliked: Everything. Convenient to walk any time only one block.to Atlantic st

Liked: Distance front the beach
Disliked: The staff was rude, and didn’t hold back their facial expressions. We had reservations and they refused to at least give us our parking pass since it was a busy weekend. Made us PAY for whole day parking ( we got there at 10am) until 5pm that they gave us the room. $60 that we had to pay after paying almost 1000 for the room. After I stated my frustration the ladies got rude with me and started to make faces.

Disliked: I didn’t like that it had roaches. When I confronted the front desk about it at check out they said oh yes we know. We have people come spray and I will call them to come today. It’s a problem that they know about and have people come spray for it.
