Sundial Inn

Disliked: Was not pleased that we had to pay for extra parking and pay extra for a roll away when there were 3 people in the room. I have stayed there a few times but this is my last.

Liked: Kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a nice plus!
Disliked: The customer service was horrible! They checked us in, we unloaded all our luggage, took it up a floor only to find the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning and told us we had to wait. We went back to the front desk to see about switching rooms and were told again, very rudely, that we would just have to wait.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Took 8 hrs to check in and rooms are outdated.

Disliked: Room smelled moldy, area is rough, had someone banging on our door at 1am. Just normal drunk virgini beach goes, probably.

Disliked: I had few things that I think were just a result of how old the property was but the parking lot was teeny tiny, the shower head was dripping, there was some kind of clothing tag in the toilet, the bathroom that had the shower and toilet was so small that the door kept on hitting the toilet, there was no hand soap and there was a tiny brown stain on my bed sheets. My sister in law and I went to see a comedy show at The Dome which was a super convenient three minute walk away from the hotel but we just had a few small things that bothered us
