Disliked: Was not pleased that we had to pay for extra parking and pay extra for a roll away when there were 3 people in the room. I have stayed there a few times but this is my last.

Liked: Kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a nice plus!
Disliked: The customer service was horrible! They checked us in, we unloaded all our luggage, took it up a floor only to find the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning and told us we had to wait. We went back to the front desk to see about switching rooms and were told again, very rudely, that we would just have to wait.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Took 8 hrs to check in and rooms are outdated.

Liked: The room was nice and clean, and the microwave and refrigerator were great. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and it was a nice neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach and a lot of other attractions.
Disliked: I have no complaints at all.

Liked: Walking distance to the beach,shopping,food and activities.
Disliked: Mattresses soft,icemaker old and available to anyone walking nearby.Public parking is available using hotel guest spots.

Disliked: Too noisy at night, room is run down. Heard sirens and loud cars all night. Bathroom tub wasn’t very clean. Parking was not good. Environment was questionable.
