Disliked: Was not pleased that we had to pay for extra parking and pay extra for a roll away when there were 3 people in the room. I have stayed there a few times but this is my last.

Liked: Kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a nice plus!
Disliked: The customer service was horrible! They checked us in, we unloaded all our luggage, took it up a floor only to find the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning and told us we had to wait. We went back to the front desk to see about switching rooms and were told again, very rudely, that we would just have to wait.

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Took 8 hrs to check in and rooms are outdated.

Fair for the price, but...

Liked: Ms Penny at the front desk was phenomenal. Very helpful and informative. The location of the hotel is perfect walking distance to the beach.
Disliked: The room wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of dust and a few pieces of hair in the shower. The carpet needs to be shampooed. This place just needs more housekeeper that pay more attention to detail. Also we had a man peep through the window on check day at 9:30a to ask us if we were checking out today. Maybe just knock next time.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The property and room were great. It was the loud drunk people down at the bars that were pissing me off. Nothing to do with the establishment or the staff. Some people are just rude and have no sense at all.

Disliked: Greetings, The room was nothing like the picture on the website. The stove was rusty. The refrigerator smelled bad. The beds were box spring like single mattresses, with (3) different " raddedy " mattress covers. The white bed linen had spots on them. The yellow worn-out comforters had spots on them too. The kitchen sink water was dripping and had an old food noodle in the drain. The carpet was really worn. The room had a smell. This is all I can remember now.
