Disliked: Was not pleased that we had to pay for extra parking and pay extra for a roll away when there were 3 people in the room. I have stayed there a few times but this is my last.

Liked: Kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a nice plus!
Disliked: The customer service was horrible! They checked us in, we unloaded all our luggage, took it up a floor only to find the housekeeper was still in the room cleaning and told us we had to wait. We went back to the front desk to see about switching rooms and were told again, very rudely, that we would just have to wait.

Adequate but the whole cash...

Liked: Good location, clean room.
Disliked: Free parking for one vehicle only. Our Son was coming from another location and we had to pay an extra $40 for him to park. Would take cash only even thought they had our card on file and then refused to give me a receipt for the cash. Who pays cash and doesn’t get a receipt? Kind of shady to me.

Superb

Liked: Well equipped kitchen. Very nice bed, we both slept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Taking luggage from the far end of the parking lot to our room annoying, particularly after making three trips. Would have been helpful to have a parking area for check-in.

Definitely going to stay here...

Liked: It was close to the Dome which we were going to and that made it an effortless trip/walk. At checkout I returned the keys to front desk and they were exceptionally friendly. It may be a cheaper hotel but location was perfect and it had all we needed for the night.
Disliked: Location and friendly staff.

Liked: Location was great. Very close to the beach and everything happening.
Disliked: The bathtub was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom door struggled to close. The water in the hallway took forever to get hot.
