Not worth paying that much
Liked: A room at the INN we stayed were good and comfortable enough. Waitresses at the restaurant were very nice.
Disliked: I wanted to feel nature… but I feel like I made a wrong facility, this place is in a mountain, but I couldn’t experience being in nature, it is just artificial nature with a lot of still ongoing constructions… and lots of noises, not nature noise. And everything is very confusing to figure out what/where they are, even we couldn’t figure out how to get to a trail. No rent bike availability… this trip was supposed to be my birthday trip, I should’ve stayed somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience perfect for...
Liked: Only had a couple of choices but they were really fresh made and flavorful, most important, they had smoothies which we all love and what’s crave during a vacation, oh, and they had a really nice menu with healthy food, eggs salads, grains, proteins etc
Disliked: The green smoothie tasted more like milk and did not have much flavor. I was also served only have of it, not sure if that’s their regular portions or just was just a mistake since the other berry smoothies were filled to the ri

Disappointing Return to What Was...
Disliked: I visited Suncadia about 7 years ago and had a fantastic experience, so I was excited to return. Unfortunately, this trip was a major disappointment.The room I booked through Booking.com turned out to be in The Inn, not The Lodge—a distinction that wasn’t clearly stated at booking. The furnishings were noticeably scratched, and the walls had visible scuff marks—far below expectations for a $380/night stay.The fitness center itself had great equipment and amenities, but the locker room was poorly maintained. Dirty towels sat untouched on the counters, and the body wash in the showers was completely empty, with used bottles left lying on the floor—very unsightly and not what you’d expect at a property that brands itself as a top-tier resort.Perhaps most disappointing was the front desk experience. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful—I ended up looking up basic resort information myself online because I didn’t feel welcome asking questions.Had this been a lower-tier hotel, I would have shrugged it off. But for a resort that presents itself as a luxury destination, this stay felt underwhelming and not worth the premium price. Sadly, not the return experience I was hoping for.
