Liked: The stay was very good but I do feel the breakfast could do with improvement - the selection on the cold breakfast was limited.

Liked: The service was brilliant, very professional and couldn’t do enough for us , we were made to feel special .
Disliked: Prices of the alcohol were expensive.

Exceptional

Liked: We loved how clean the facility is and the location itself. The yacth is very gtand and authentically decorated. The location at the royal docks is quieter than central london but with enough near by including the o2 a cable car ride away and all the local restaurants along the quayside. The bar on board has a wide range of drinks. There are even Sunborn umbrellas to rent should the weather be wet. The staff are all very well mannered and helpful.
Disliked: We didn't like the breakfast so much as the coffee machine broke and no hot water or other hot drink.options were provided. The scrambled eggs were too runny and not cooked enough.

Liked: Yacht, location, staff
Disliked: Breakfast- cold plates at the buffet, the food was good but by the time you had queued and returned to table, it was almost cold. Plates need to be alot hotter. Dinner in Landsend Restuarant- do not think our food was freshly prepared because they brought it out in less than 10 minutes from when we ordered it. I had chicken and my husband had the lobster tagatellia, it was as if it had all been pre cooked and then reheated, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.We would stay again, but would eat out.

Liked: The service was exceptional in every way. Our cabin was beautiful, clean and spacious and the little extras provided for my daughters birthday made our stay.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
