Overall, it was a great...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were a great perk! The area is located near beaches, stores, and restaurants within a short distance.
Disliked: The outdoor pool could have been a little cleaner. Parking also seemed very tight during the weekend. The bathroom in the room was very small. Many people with young kids. Although they seemed to have a blast! Nice accommodations for children. I just didn't have any with us.

Disliked: Stuff Rude, unprofessional, you can tell really don’t like their job and apparently don’t do it at allAlso they give to sign their policy but some people follow it who don’t stuff is don’t care and don’t do nothing so what is the point you can ask themIt says pool open until 9 but you can see like children do all prohibited staff until 12 am, if you will ask about safety it’s don’t exist thereAlso everyone smoking everywhere, everything they want What happens after you complain, let me tell you nothing at allMake your choice wisely Choose another hotel

Disliked: Customer service when checking in no eye contact when told to check in at 3. Was double charged for room.

Pleasantly surprised

Liked: Wonderful location, very friendly staff.
Disliked: The only problem we had was the other guests around us being a little loud. Not something the property can do. Oddly parking is an issue.

Staff were very like location...

Liked: I just felt maybe they could’ve cleaned my room more thoroughly and there was bugers on the mirror when I went to wash my hands so I washed it off with a tissue and hot water it was hard.The bed was good but there was a bolt loose on the frame and it was hard to not wake from squeak sounds.
Disliked: The facilities could be more clean for me to stay more or if I’m a first timer I would be scared to use the mirrors it looked like someone was doing a who can snoot the best snot on the mirror.
