Liked: It wasn't the most fancy but I think it was good and I would stay there again. Only downside was the second room was a little small.

Liked: Safe and clean area of the Gold Coast. Beautiful ocean view and the apartment was clean, secure and modern. Beds very comfortable and furnishings were nice.Kitchen was modern and renovated as were the bathrooms. Staff were fantastic, and the facilities were A1.
Disliked: Nothing. Was exceptional.There are buildings going up nearby but it’s a city and we cannot complain.

Great views let down by...

Liked: Great views. Pool facilities were good also. Spacious apartment.
Disliked: Lack of maintenance- owner clearly has not invested in maintaining the apartment we stayed in. The broom was very old and disgustingly ratty- had to ask for a new one so we could clean the apartment. No doona covers- all Anko manchester. Old bathrooms. Rust. Could keep going. All of the above would have been 'acceptable' if we paid for a standard apartment- but we paid more for a superior apartment, and the quality was far from "superior".

Great location and secure apartments

Liked: Staff were great and attended to my concerns promptly. Great view from the room. Secure parking and secure building.
Disliked: I thought the room was tired with odd old furniture just placed around to fill in space which made it cluttered and outdated. Booked an ocean view deluxe and felt it was under the standard of the website description and photos of other “ similar rooms “. Staff were excellent in dealing with my concerns and offered a reduced rate which was appreciated. Heavy rain bought a loud dripping sound in the main bedroom on our last two days there which was annoying and very loud. We were in apartments 13a and it’s apparently due for an update in the coming weeks.

Perfect place for families

Liked: Great location. Awesome indoor pool with the perfect temperature. Beach in walking distance and Sea World around the corner. Spacious apartment with amazing views.
Disliked: We loved everything
