Liked: The only thing that went well was the size of the room
Disliked: There were ants all over the room, no room services, no one cleaned our room. The front desk staff did not offer to make up for the poor service. All the bed linens, towels and washcloths were dingy, dirty, stained and nasty. I would not stay in this hotel again. Extra poor service.

Liked: Only thing that was good was the location
Disliked: The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Had two microwaves and both didn’t work. The “kitchen” was full of ants. The faucet leaked the whole stay. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The ceramic tiles was full of sand had to wear shoes the whole stay. The room was next to the ice maker and that’s all we heard the whole night (it was hard to sleep). The bedroom blind was so thin that the hallway lights were inside the room (I prefer a dark room) it felt like I had the lights on in the bedroom. I booked two rooms (larger family) and other than the location I was very disappointed in this hotel it’s nothing like the pictures. It smelled bad in the hallways, rooms. The parking lot was full of trash and “homeless” people sitting out there with their chairs, food and music. Overall it was BAD and I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The bathroom lights didn't work, the TV in the bedroom had no signal so you couldn't watch TV and there was no remote for the living room TV so that one couldn't be watched either, there were kitchen cabinets missing, the AC leaked all over the living room floor and we had to use all our towels to soak up the water and it took 2 people to open the patio door and even that was a struggle. Besides a good location it was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my whole life. They have nerve to call it a resort. It could hardly even be called a motel.

Disliked: Elevator was broke for a week or more. Room service was awful. Our air conditioner was leaking water inside room. Balcony railing was very loose and spots had came unwelded. We ask for towels and ended up going to laundry and getting them . Dirt behind TV. We smelled Marijuana the days we were there, loud music and talking. Definitely not a good place to stay.
