Bad Place to stay. Not...

Liked: The beach.
Disliked: The fact that I chose this resort bcuz of the things advertised. When we got there. The stove,.microwave, light and tv wasnt working. The indoor pool was closed.

Not horrible for the price,...

Liked: I liked the ocean front room & bathroom. The employees were friendly.
Disliked: I was skeptical about staying here after reading the reviews of bed bugs and roaches. However, we didn’t see any of those. I think when they renovated they only updated furniture. Our light fixtures were rusted, a storm came through and kept blowing our balcony door open cause it wouldn’t lock! Woke up to water in the floor from the storm (looks like the didn’t fix the seals), there was buckets of water all in the lobby from leaks, the hallways were gross, and people kept slamming their doors all night. The elevators need some construction. The whole hotel could use a rebuild. The bed was the comfiest thing. It says smart tv, but no remote to watch the channels. It wasn’t horrible, but will not stay here again due to it not being very clean.

Liked: This was our fourth time staying there but it seems to going down. Beds were hard, furniture was broken. Should have taken pictures. Just wasn’t happy this time may stay somewhere else next visit

Dirty hotel and poor value...

Liked: Very disappointed with the hotel, really dirty and very poor value for money. We paid approx £200 per night and honestly have had better experiences at £50 per night motels.
Disliked: Rooms are very basic, communal areas tired and dirty, as an example, sofa in reception has stains all over it, really disgusting.

Disliked: Exterior needed a major makeover...what's up with the nets on the exterior of building....not appealing.....very little ice availability....
