Liked: Vanessa, the mangeress of the hotel, couldn't do enough to help. All the staff were helpful and professional. The location was perfect, next to everything we needed.Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The armchair was broken and the sofa was not so comfortable.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient. No resort fee was appreciated.
Disliked: The hotel was on a very, very busy main road. The traffic was loud, horns were honking most of the time. Loud cars and motorcycles stopping at the light right at the hotel day and night. It was so annoying I couldn’t sit out at the pool, which was also right by the main road. Not a very relaxing area. There was an alley with an ugly dumpster that we had to look at from the bedroom. And, a kids daycare next door also ruined the ambiance.The room appeared clean but once you got in, it was pretty dirty. I had to clean and dust the furniture since it didn’t look like they did that for a while. The floors and baseboards were also dusty. In general the room was surface cleaned but not completely clean. Finally, the room was dark even though it had windows. Just didn’t feel inviting. To get to the beach, you had to cross this very busy 4 lane main road with the loud cars, crazy drivers, horns honking, motorcycles, etc. I didn’t feel safe., which was stressful.I know the hotel can’t control the traffic, but at least tell people what to expect. Don’t tell them it’s a quiet boutique hotel when it’s not.

Fantastic boutique hotel

Liked: Fantastic location close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Close to shops and restaurants. Boutique hotel that is an enclave among skyscrapers.

Liked: We stay there a lot because it is an excellent value for the location and size of our suite. Very suitable for our longer stays in miami. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The furniture and bathroom were a bit tired, and the dining room chairs had stains on them. A few cosmetic upgrades would make a better impression on first time guests. If this isn't a problem for you you'll be very happy. Also, there aretall, steep outdoor steps to get to the upper suites. If you are older, or have kids with strollers, I highly recommend reserving a first floor suite.
