Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel, Miami Beach

Beautiful and exceptional hotel.

Liked: We liked everything about the hotel. The staff were all exceptional and the room felt like home.

Perfect boutique hotel in Miami...

Liked: We arrived early in the morning before check-in time and received a very warm and inviting welcome. Also, our room was already available which was a very nice surprise.The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.Also, you can use beach chairs and towels free of charge. - and the beach is just across the street!Perfect option for staying in Miami Beach.
Disliked: The water temperature in the bathroom wasn't hot enough. There is a safe, but it's not big enough for a laptop.

Liked: The location of this hotel was perfect. Beach was right across the street and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Vanessa was very accommodating with us arriving early in which we were VERY thankful for!! Being first time cruisers from Texas, we did not realize how early we would be kicked off of the ship. We were stressed on what to do in the meantime while having our luggage. Luckily by the time we arrived to the hotel, our room was ready and we were able to take a long nap and relax! That was our first time in Miami and will be back to stay here!!
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: The staff, the facility, the location - all superb.

Nice hotel and good location

Liked: very comfortable and close to a great beach and good restaurants
Disliked: wish the pool had been open. be nice if the refrigerator door was reversed. it’s any easy thing to do and it doesn’t make sense to have to reach over the door to get something out. upgrading the dishwasher would also be good. it was incredibly loud.

Disliked: Need some bath gel,tea bags,disposable slippers and small amenities like other hotels. Also because we were there for a few days offer some laundry facilities.. we don’t mind paying for itFront desk staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful.
