It was great location with...

Liked: The convenience and proximity to the sports complex as well as the surrounding activities.
Disliked: The property and staff were friendly however I reported the toilet not working properly where it did not flush properly. The maintenance man came and got it unplugged however it turns out it still wasn’t working properly which was again reported to the front desk staff. Not enough breakfast food available for all guests.

Liked: Comfy room that met our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the room had what we needed since we were only in town for a soccer tournament.
Disliked: The bathroom on the main level near the pool had the worst smell, maybe too much chlorine but it was really hard to breath. The breakfast was disappointing and we had to go out and eat both mornings.

Liked: Breakfast and location was great.
Disliked: The pools were very small. Although they had an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool, they were very small with a 15 person max capacity. I had 1/2 that in my party.

Liked: The only thing positive about this place is that it's located in Destin, FL
Disliked: The facility and rooms were disgusting. The breakfast area was very messy and they would not refill things, for example at 8 am they were out of everything even milk for cereal but wouldn't refill anything yet breakfast is supposed to be over at 9.Tons of people were pissed. It's also in a very inconvenient location for the beach. Oh and lots of homeless people hanging out RIGHT outside the door.
