Liked: The outdoor swimming pool was a delight…..
Disliked: Not a thing

Liked: Breakfast in the hotel was good, but not included.
Disliked: To get to our room on the second floor, we went up the elevator, walked down the hallway, then had to go outside and walk down a few doors down to get to our room.

The resort really needs to...

Liked: The location is very good
Disliked: The size of 2 bed room apartment is very small for 4 audit

Liked: On the water and easy access to restaurants and wineries
Disliked: The temperature in the room was too warm. Couldn’t get it below 24c

Liked: The bedding was amazing and the line of shampoo/body wash products were excellent, very impressed.

Liked: Suite was very clean and it was great having a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove top. had a partial view of the lake; staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff made great recommendations for local restaurants in Summerland. I would stay again here although would be nice to go when warmer.
Disliked: I didn't like calling to ask for housekeeping every day - I pressed the housekeeping button one morning rather than call but no one came and then I had to call for service but they did come promptly.
