Liked: spacious. comfortable and clean
Disliked: no hot water two days of stay, broken shower head that was replaced after two days, long wait for check out as they check room and do an inventory check for broken kitchen items; that´s tacky.

Liked: The room was extremely cleaned, it had a jacuzzi, flat screen and a very comfortable bed. It has a kitchen and air conditioning. Everything seemed to be perfect. Until we found out that there were cameras in the bedroom. They have smoke detectors with hidden cameras in there. They wanted to charge us because we didn't wash the dishes. This is absolutely insane. This is not a hotel and therefore, it's not regulated. They did not allow us to leave until we paid for the dishes which we did not wash and we were not expecting to do it since that's why we paid our booking. There's a list of charges which make it almost impossible to touch something without to get charged. This not a hotel. This is someone else’s apartments. Be careful.

Amazing value for the price

Liked: Our suite was very nice and comfortable for the price. It was very spacious, clean and complete. It had a full kitchen, dining table, a desk, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. The WiFi was also very decent. It even included a Coffee-break with a small breakfast in the morning for no additional cost.
Disliked: Getting there is a little bit confusing, but not a problem. Also, the noise from the street is noticeable but not loud enough to be annoying.

Liked: reception open and availableilable for questions, call a taxi, haul language. Very good service
Disliked: It WOULD BE AWESOME TO GIVE AN XXO OR OTHER a concession to offer basics such as milk OJ fruit, some frozen dinners salads etc. The nearest OXXO is too f ar to walk and being a woman alone I would not dare to go out at night to grab some necessities .

Disliked: The closet and bathrooms don’t have any doors and it may be uncomfortable.Also there is a huge list of charges if something happens to the stuff in the room, makes you feel you can’t touch anything or will be charged
