Liked: There was no breakfast
Disliked: No breakfast and had to pay for water

Liked: The big refrigerator
Disliked: Roaches and no staff at the front desk

Liked: I really like the location, it's near almost everything.
Disliked: The bathroom could've been cleaner, it was mold in the corners.

Liked: Really central location, very friendly staff who would give you extra towels if you needed them, great outdoor space to sit and chill out
Disliked: Needs a deep clean, I spent the first hour giving the kitchen and dishes a clean. The apartment could also use a repaint and new flooring all of which wouldn’t be expensive. There were insects under the sink and had I been staying for more than a few days I would be have changed hotel

Exceptional

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early not expecting to be able to checkin but they let us straight in. Really close to South Beach and shops and restaurants. The room was spacious. We were able to leave our luggage here after checking out as our flight wasn't until later.
Disliked: If I had to say anything then the bathroom was a little tired and could do with some TLC.
