Liked: The mattress, pillow, sheets, and quilt were super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a kitchen so we were pleased to make coffee and simple meals. Not sure why but dish detergent and dish towels are not provided.

Liked: My mom was happy with the location. She enjoyed the place.
Disliked: She had a problem with the water temperature in the shower. They offered her to move to a different apartment, but she declined. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Liked the location and the place felt very secure. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Staff extremely unhelpful when my clothes were stained and ruined from whatever they painted the benches with on the terrace. No offer to reimberse me for the damage or laundry service costs. They just shrugged their shoulders and said it hadn't happened to them. There were 2 house keepers who would gossip about me when I passed them in the hallway which made me very uncomfortable, and when I turned to look at them they were staring at me and still whispering. Didn't feel professional at all. The photos of the rooms are very outdated, headboard of the bed is quite gross. I would not stay here again, there are nicer places to stay for the same if not a cheaper cost.

Disliked: The shower doesn't give constant hot water.The air conditioner doesn't cool down.The front desk isn't always occupied.Other than that, good place.
